Private and cozy one bedroom, one bath guest house that gets lots of light through the surrounding original windows. A Queen sized bed that comfortably sleeps two, 4 fluffy down pillows and a big white duvet. A closet and hangers to store your belongings. This cool and hip industrial chic space emulates a big city loft with its open trusses and cathedral ceilings that balances with the stained concrete floors. Fresh towels & linens are included.
This guest house is located in Whitton District Neighborhood which is supremely central. Directly west (a block away) is a newly built Starbucks, Taco Guild and Gadzooks. A few more blocks away is Ocotillo and its one of the best restaurants in the city and such a cool space! An 8 minute walk can get you on the lightrail that can take you to some of the best restaurants and shopping in Phoenix.
